Vision:
Faculty of Education for Women, an educational and scientific institution endeavors to develop teaching and educational cadres with a contemporary and civilized perspective whom have the ability to effectively contribute to create the educational and social changes which associate with the valuable system of the community, through the upbringing of new generations are able to contribute in building a unified, democratic Iraq on the scientific, civilized, and humanistic bases.

Mission:
The preparation of the teaching specialized and efficient staff that meet the needs of secondary schools to the Pure and humanistic Sciences, and to provide the educational and teaching consultations and to produce the studies and researches  which contribute in the improvement and development of the reality of education according to the academic standards of high scientific quality.
