The Department of Educational and Psychological Sciences at the Faculty of Education for Girls, University of Kufa, organized a panel discussion entitled (The Identity Crisis of the Iraqi Adolescent).

It aimed to know the lack of the adolescent’s special natural feeling for the continuity of his existence and to find out what he suffers from psychological disorders, behavioral deviations and academic decline.
During which Dr. (Alaa Al-Akeli) discussed the importance of parental care dominated by affection, respect, religious education, positive dialogue, provision of sports, social and recreational activities, and a good role model for teenagers to follow.
