PhD thesis looking for molecular detection of melatonin levels

A doctoral thesis at the College of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa investigated (Molecular detection of melatonin and vitamin D3 levels in infertile men).
The thesis submitted by the student Hassan Falah from the Department of Biological Sciences aimed to reveal the effect of the hormone melatonin, quispeptin and vitamin D3 in infertile patients (oligospermia, asthenozoospermia, and unexplained infertility).
The study concluded that melatonin, kisspeptin, and vitamin D3 levels decreased in infertile patients, and that there is a positive relationship of melatonin, kisspeptin, vitamin D3 and glutathione with sperm parameters.
The researcher recommended conducting a study to find out the effect of melatonin, kisspeptin and vitamin D3 on unexplained infertility, and conducting a genetic study of melatonin to find out the genetic effect of melatonin in infertile patients and study it as an antioxidant and its role in protecting the male reproductive system and sperm.
