A panel discussion by the researcher Baida Najm Abboud

The Faculty of Education for Girls at the University of Kufa held a panel discussion entitled “Thermo-dynamic study of the adsorption of Bismarck brown dye Y on different adsorbent surfaces” by researcher Baida Najm Aboud from the Department of Chemistry.
The course aims to adsorption of Bismarck Brown Y dye on different surfaces such as (the surface of pottery clay and ball clay) and to study the factors affecting the efficiency of the adsorption process such as (temperature, equilibrium time, acidity function, initial concentration and surface weight).
And it concluded that the isothermal adsorption of Bismarck brown dye on the surface of Al-Kura clay was following the Lankmayr model, while on the surface of the pottery clay it was following the Elovitch model, and that the surface of the pottery clay was more efficient in the adsorption of Bismarck brown dye with a removal rate of 93.35%, while the removal rate was the same The dye on the surface of the ball clay 83.7% at a temperature of 290k and a weight of 0.05g.
