Study on Spatial Relationships of Soil Properties in Palm Cultivation in Babylon

   In the presence of Prof. Dr. Abbas Ali Al-Faham, Vice- Deans for Scientific and Administrative Affairs and a number of professors and postgraduate students, researcher Mnahel Mehdi Kamel discussed her doctorial thesis entitled (Spatial Relations of Soil Properties in Palm Cultivation in Babylon Governorate). The researcher said that her study aimed to find out the relationship of Soil in the cultivation of palm trees in the province of Babylon, one of the provinces of the Middle Euphrates region of Iraq, by revealing the strength and direction of spatial relations between the physical and chemical properties of soil in the numbers of palm and productivity in order to explain the spatial discrepancy to those trees in the areas of the province for the importance of food, economic and social palm in the life of the population of the study area and the fact that this subject has not been studied in the study area in this way, which is a step towards enriching the knowledge side through research in a scientific way by analyzing the variables associated with the cultivation of palm spatially.
